We recommend flying into Salt Lake City International Airport. The drive to Park City is about 35 minutes.

Wedding Day Transportation:We will have transportation from Park City to River Bottoms Ranch on the wedding day, as well as transportation from River Bottoms Ranch back to Park City after the wedding. Rideshare is not reliable in Midway, UT so please plan to ride the shuttle back to Park City at the end of the night. One shuttle will pickup/dropoff at Hotel Thaynes and another shuttle will pickup/dropoff at the Hyatt Place. Both locations will depart right at 3:30pm, so do not miss the shuttle! Parking is not available at either shuttle location for those not staying at the hotel. **Please note that Park City’s Savor the Summit event will take place on Saturday, June 27. Main Street will be fully closed and rideshare availability in downtown Park City may be limited that day.** Weekend Transportation:We recommend getting a rental car if you plan on staying for a long weekend and exploring all that Park City has to offer! Otherwise, Ubers are available throughout Park City.

Please join us on Main Street Park City at the No Name Saloon Rooftop from 7:30-9:30pm to kick off our wedding weekend! Light bites and drinks will be provided. This is a 21+ venue, so please have your ID with you. Attire: Cocktail/smart casual. Feel free to bring the Western spirit by wearing your cowboy boots/hats!

Saturday, June 27th

Wedding ceremony, cocktail hour, dinner, and reception will be held at River Bottoms Ranch. Complimentary shuttles will be provided to/from River Bottoms Ranch from Hotel Thaynes and Hyatt Place at 3:30pm - Don't be late! The Ceremony will commence promptly at 4:30pm. If you would prefer to Uber/drive yourself, please ensure you arrive to the Ranch no later than 4:00pm. Complimentary shuttles will depart back to Hotel Thaynes and Hyatt Place at 11:00pm. Silly Sunday will be taking place on Main Street Sunday morning/afternoon with music, food, activities, and an open market Utah Olympic Park - Built for the Salt Lake 2002 Olympic Winter Games, the Olympic Park houses one of only four sliding tracks in North America, six Nordic ski jumps, a 2002 Winter Games museum, a multitude of adventure activities, and is an official USOC training site Sundance Resort - Sundance is one of our favorite spots in Utah because of its beautiful backdrop: Mount Timpanogos! In addition to the main available outdoor activities such as hiking to a stunning waterfall, biking, and ziplining, Sundance boasts an amazing spa and western classic "Owl Bar" Guardsman's Pass Scenic Drive - Incredible views through Deer Valley and beyond!
